Current Openings:

  • Patient Care Assistants (PCA): Provide essential personal hygiene care, support daily activities, and assist with health fall risk monitoring, meal prep, feeding, turning, positioning, transferring clients, light housekeeping, medication reminders, basic documentation, post-op non medical recovery support, maintain clean patient areas, make beds, ensure patient safety, mobility & recovery support, and deliver compassionate support and companionship. Ideal candidates will have a strong sense of empathy and a desire to help others.​​

  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA): We are looking for experienced CNA's to provide professional care, including health assessments, medication reminder,  post-op non medical recovery support, Assess vitals ( BP, pulse, temp, respirations, weight), pain levels, drain care,  patients on, Monitor adverse reactions, Communicate patient status to care teams, basic documentation, escalate concerns promptly, mobility & recovery support, collect urine or stool, assess home environment for safety risk. Candidates should be detail-oriented and skilled in patient communication.

  •   Mobile Phlebotomist:  (On-Call): We are looking for a trained certified experienced mobile phlebotomist who travels to meet clients at home, workplace, clinic, or other designated locations to collect blood samples for laboratory testing. Must respond to appointment requests and travel to locations within your service area. Arrive on time and setup a clean, safe, phlebotomy workspace. Bring all necessary supplies and maintain mobile equipment readiness. Must know how to complete venipuncture and capillary draws using proper technique. Provide excellent customer service, make clients feel comfortable and supported.

  • Physician Assistant (PA)

  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care under the supervision of a physician.

  • Perform physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.

  • Educate patients and families on health management.

  • Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited PA program.

  • NCCPA certification and state licensure.

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

  • Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive health assessments.

    • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.

    • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.

  • Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in nursing with NP certification.

    • Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach.

Physician

  • Responsibilities:

    • Oversee patient care and ensure high-quality medical services.

    • Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and provide treatment.

    • Mentor and collaborate with NPs and PAs.

  • Qualifications:

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.

    • Board certification in a relevant specialty and state licensure.
