Service Commitment: RapidCheck Mobile Labs is committed to providing accurate, timely, and professional laboratory testing services. Once a sample has been collected or a mobile visit has been scheduled, operational costs are incurred that cannot be recovered; therefore, refunds cannot be issued. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, notice must be provided at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for refunds or credits. No Chargebacks: By authorizing payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your bank or credit card provider. RapidCheck Mobile Labs reserves the right to provide documentation of service delivery to contest any chargeback attempts. Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered in cases where RapidCheck Mobile Labs is unable to perform the agreed-upon service due to circumstances within our control.
